Infinity Rehab Physical Therapy Services Now Available
Avamere at Sherwood assisted living facility is proud to announce our newly available Physical Therapy services. Infinity Rehab will now be provided a variety of services on site at Avamere at Sherwood. Annessa Morey, DPT will be running the new program that includes Outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Plus, all new residents will receive a complimentary Wellness Screening. We will also be providing assistance in obtaining a doctor's referral for Outpatient Therapy, getting pre-authorization from your insurance, and in acquiring medical equipment.
